REFUND POLICY
refunds & cancellations
cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement, during this time you are welcome to contact us if you change your mind. send us an email at hi@wooonders.com with your name and the order number. all refunds will be processed within 5-7 dey.

after that 24 grace period we go to work on processing your order! all of our products are custom cut and sewn just for you. we have already invested into the ink, transfer paper, materials and the workforce time specifically for your order, this means that after the order has begun, we would be unable to offer a full refund.

we can only offer a refund if the product is damaged or defected in anyway. please contact customer service right away at hi@wooonders.com upon approval, we’ll send you another one immediately or issue a refund. to help us maintain quality control, we may ask for a photo to assess the damage.
unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

a “change of mind” because we print on demand and do not hold stock
the item has been worn or washed
the item has been altered in any way
more than 14 days have passed since the order was received
you do not have your return request approved, prior to sending the item back

face mask / neck gaiter orders: these items are final sale items and cannot be returned for safety reasons. if your face mask or gaiter is defective in any way, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

**No matter what, we will always be able to help you. contact our customer service team if you have any issues with your order, whether it is before or after we have started production.
